According tothe classification of the supply modes, including affordable housing,low rent housing, publicrental housing, capped-price housing and other modes. However, the system is not fully and notperfect, various kinds of drawbacks have gradually exposed. For example: the security level issingle,blind area exit between the various security mode, the security effect is not ideal,affordable housing area has become a "empty city", power rent-seeking cited criticism etc.. This aseries of problems affected the implementation of housing security system.With the development of common property room began a pilot in the national6cities in2014, its unique way of security attracts much attention. At the same time, as a form of housingsecurity,the common property room refers to the involvinglegal, financial, land and otheraspects, also need to constantly optimize the perfect multi force. Finally, put forward some suggestions to improve thecommon property room: one is the legal aspects,including the construction of the constitution asthe core and the housing security legal system, standardize government administrative power;two is the financial aspects, including the establishment of financial capital,social capital as theleading multi participation mechanism; three is the land level, including the improvement of theland supply mechanismscientific planning, land location, get rid of the local government "land finance" dependence; four is the level of supervision and management mechanism, includingimproving the exit mechanism, defined benefitallocation mechanism.This artical is intended to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion ofcommon property room, expectations are property of the housing model to improve housingsecurity system, to the positive role in improving the housing security effectiveness.
