The Study Of The Impact Of Regional Technological Innovation Capablity On Regional Environmental Performance

In the serious environmental pollution superposition the new economic norm,Restriction of the deterioration of the ecological environment has brought to the economic growth of the society is more and more obvious, The environmental problem has inevitably become the focus of the world, To this end, China put forward the "environment-friendly society" and "resource-saving society". With the development of innovation driven development strategy,thecontribution rate madeby our technology innovation on environmental protection is low, We are experiencing extreme resource and environmentally unsustainable supply. Therefore, to study the relationship between regional innovation and regional environmental performanceis of great significance.Firstly,this paper analyzed status of the technological innovation capability and environmental performance in our country,and found out the existing problems based on the domestic and foreign related research on regional technological innovation capability and regional environmental performance. Secondly,it analyzed the impact of regional technological innovation capacity on environmental performancefrom three aspects of technical relevance,radiation effect and spillover effect,by using the stochastic frontier approach to study the effect factors of regional environmental performance.Thirdly,it validated the specific impact of regional technological innovation capacity on environmental performance improvementby using SEM-PLS model and drawing the structure equation graphs through SmartPLS software based on the related data of the country’s 30provincial-level administrative units from 2008 to 2013. At the same time,further assessment of the effects of regional technological innovation on different regional environmental performance was done by using DEA model.The results showed that the regional technological innovation ability had a positive impact on environmental performance and impact of different regions had differences.Finally,on the basis of analysis,the paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions combined with the actual situation of different regions.
