Hanyuan dahongpao Zanthoxylum bungeanum in yaan hanyuan county local health of Chinese Zanthoxylum bungeanum varieties, big bright red fruit, flavor and numb-taste powerful, is of high popularization value. In order to speed up the breeding of new varieties of this study to hanyuan dahongpao Zanthoxylum bungeanum were used with bud stem segments as explants for in vitro culture, study its the start of the explant with bud stem section, proliferation, rooting and seedling technology, established the hanyuan dahongpao pepper tissue culture, rapid propagation system test results are as follows:Dahongpao Zanthoxylum bungeanum sprout is used as materials, bud stems as explants. Study the influence of explants starting with the time(April,May, June). Mid-May is suitable for drawing materials, making the explant mortality rate reduced to 7.5%, starting rate reached 56.6%.3,6,9 min three explant sterilization processing time gradient, 0.1%HgCl2 foreign implant disinfection effect comparison. Results show that using 0.1% HgCl2 disinfection explant 6 min is best, can make the material its rate to 6.9%, starting at a rate of 44.8%.The culture medium for initial culture is MS as the basic medium, with different concentrations of growth regulators (6-BA, NAA and IBA), to study inducting effect. Different growth regulators concentration ratio on the buds inducting start big differences, generation of training start at the beginning of the best medium is MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L +NAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L, starting rate of 72.8%.Initial culture induced formation of the bud after successive transfer culture, become a multiple shoot clumps. To MS as the basic medium, experiment with different concentrations of growth regulators(6-BA, NAA and IBA) induced proliferation effect of multiple shoot clumps. Different growth regulator concentration ratio on the large difference of induction from shoot proliferation and shoot clumps multiplication optimal culture medium for MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L proliferation multiple shoot clumps of 4.6.Seedling height is 3.0 cm moderately.Strong seedling culture medium is the MS without any hormone. After 30 d seedling cultivation, seedling height can grow up to 5 cm, obviously improve the roughness and seedlings, growth in good condition. After seedling cultivation, roots can be induced. Experiment with different basic culture medium (MS,1/2 MS andl/4 MS) and different concentrations of growth regulators (IBA and NAA) inducing rooting effect. Basic culture medium and different hormone combinations for inducing rooting difference is big. The best medium for rooting cultivation is 1/4 MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L, with the rooting rate of 66.7%.Average root number and average root length is respectively 2.5 strips and 11.4 mm.Rooting seedlings transplanting in open field test can be performed, the different substrates (riversand, yellow soil, purple soil,2/3 yellow soil+1/3 riversand, and 2/3 purple soil+1/3 riversand) impact on survival rate of transplanting. Different substrate opposite influence seedling transplanting survival difference is big, the optimum substrate for transplanting is 2/3 yellow soil+1/3 riversand, the survival rate could reach 76.3%.
