| Auto news is soft news and its quality trans-editing has a significant influenceon effectively transmitting the information to the target readers. Hence, whentrans-editing a piece of auto news, the translator should bring the communicativefunctions into full play and attract the target readers to a large extent. Based on hisown intern experience at Huanqiu, the author in this thesis firstly collects30representative texts from the whole trans-edited auto news, and makes classificationof the trans-editing problems arising during the trans-editing process, such as formaterrors of the trans-edited webpage auto news (TWAN), unattractive news headline，tedious news lead, inappropriate text forming to name a few. Secondly, on the basis ofnews trans-editing theories both at home and abroad, this thesis tries to make textanalysis and deconstruction of the source webpage auto news (SWAN) with theapplication of Nord’s text analysis model from intratextual and extratextual factors soas to adopt related trans-editing methods solving these problems and realizing thecommunicative functions of the auto news. |
