| With the expansion of the world communication, network news has become an important way of disseminating global information. Spreading automobile news contributes to the development of automobile industry in our country, especially for the auto industry relevant to the interests of whole national economy. Thus English-Chinese trans-edition of English auto news plays a vital role in transmitting information.This report is based on English-Chinese translation and edition of automobile news on Huanqiu network with the certain scale and the time limit. The report focuses on how to compile news headlines, leads and body contents through description and analysis of translating and editing news.
