Aims:Now China has entered the stage of population ageing. How to ensure that the elderly can delay life and at the same time to maintain the dignity of decent happy and healthy quality of life have become important topics of science. Large amounts of empirical analyses show that the right amount of sport and physical education can effectively reduce the threat of disease, slow the decline of aged people’s physical fitness. DaYangge in Northeast China as a unique regional cultural activities in the Northeast, its movement, rhythm and strength suitable for older people’s physical and mental characteristics, forms the majority of old friend’s affection, but research associated with it is few. This study tried to pass to30elderly women in Northeast DaYangge exercise fitness changes before and after analysis of the results, explored the Northeast DaYangge exercise project on elderly women’s health fitness degree, developed the research in this field,and helped the old to choose a health project, provided a frame of reference.Methods:In this study we chose30old woman aged60-65on the6th Economic Development Zone,Nanguan District, Changchun City, as subjects (Note: There is no serious physical or mental defects, engaged in DaYangge movement for more than two weeks before the experiment). Helped by the relevant instruments on the subject during a10-week Northeast DaYangge movement, train5days a week, training time of90minutes each, on Health Fitness indicators that measure before and after an experiment. Put experiment proceeds of data entered mathematical statistics software Spss17.0, combined mathematical statistics application principle, then on test of data for, objective, and detailed to analysis,and last through export of numerical, try to contrast before.and after the experiment, and for correlation analysis, when analysis we dhould consider the changes before and after the training and to (P>0.05) consider no significantly sexual differences,(P<0.05) consider significantly sexual differences,(P<0.01) as very significant differences.Result:Through the10-week-old DaYangge sport training, participants comprehensive changes in the health and fitness indicators are as follows:Heart and lung function:subject through long-term regular training, quiet heart rate had improved and appears to reduce the phenomenon, and had a significant difference (P<0.05), after the experiment subjects slightly decreased systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, but does not have a significant difference (P>0.05), increased lung capacity, and has a very significant difference (P<0.01).Body composition:Subjects after long-term regular training, is rendering to reduce body fat, and has a significant difference (P<0.05), their body fat percentage a downward trend, and has a significant difference (P<0.05), modest increase in lean mass, but does not have a significant difference (P>0.05), waist to hip ratio started to decrease, with significant differences (P<0.05).Muscular strength:Subjects through permanent law training, increase the grip itself, with significant differences (P<0.05).Flexible fitness:Subjects through permanent law training, sitting bending itself has increased, with a very significant increase (P<0.01).Conclusion:1, After ten weeks the Northeast DaYangge,subjects of quiet changes in heart rate, and slightly reduced lung capacity and a significant increase, blood pressure stabilized, according to the campaign these changes suggesting that doing DaYangge longer can effectively raise women’s hearts and lung function for the elderly, and play a protective role for their hearts.2,After ten weeks of Northeast DaYangge, the participants’ body composition-body such as body fat, body fat percentage a downward trend, slightly lower waist-hip ratio, description of the Northeast DaYangge exercise on elderly women’s body composit ion changes, lower fat content, helping to prevent diseases caused by obesity.3, After ten weeks the Northeast DaYangge, subjects of grip strength has markedly improved, combined with the Northeast DaYangge exercise characteristics of this, notes sustain the sport, not only development of senile female muscle strength, but help older women shaping the body, slow muscle relaxation, maintaining good muscle strength, and thus play a fitness health heart pleasure purposes.4, After ten weeks t of Northeast DaYangge, subjects sitting bending a significant increase, according to this description the Northeast DaYangge, a campaign can not only enhance the flexibility of the participants, but also can enhance the participants the flexibility of the body of light, and can also enhance the coordination capacity of the joint.
