ObjectiveTo explore the Dancesport movement of the elderly fitness effect, this study selected the Shanghai zhabei 20 in a club without dance experience in the health of the elderly as experimental object, the dance training for three months. During the experiment, the elderly each time of 80 minutes of exercise, exercise twice a week, and do not participate in any other physical exercise.MethodsUsing literature method, experimental method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, the subjects for the three-month training observation, and the part of the physiological indexes were compared before and after the experiment analysis, used to evaluate the effect of sports dance for the elderly fitness effect.ResultsAfter 3 months is different in different intensity of Dancesport after exercise, male subjects of BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, body fat rate, there is a decrease in the thigh circumference indexes, but there was no significant difference; Female subjects of BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, body fat rate, there is a decrease in the thigh circumference indexes, and body fat rate are highly significant difference, waist index had significant difference; After 3 months is different in different intensity of Dancesport after exercise, male subjects of systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, there is a decrease in the quiet heart rate indexes, and systolic blood pressure index had significant difference, diastolic blood pressure index was highly significant difference; Vo2 Max index increased at the same time, but there was no significant difference. Female subjects of systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, there is a decrease in the quiet heart rate indexes, but there was no significant difference; Vo2 Max index has also improved, as there was no significant difference; After 3 months is different in different intensity of Dancesport after exercise, male subjects of systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, quiet heart rate indexes have growth, and former ZuoWeiTi are marked significant difference; Grip strength of female subjects in succession, crook proneness, close your eyes one foot standing indexes have growth, and we have highly significant difference, grip strength index before ZuoWeiTi are marked with significant difference. Overall, from a certain extent, shows the Dancesport on the physical quality of old people have a certain role in promoting.ConclusionDancesport can improve the body shape of the body, cardiopulmonary function and aerobic capacity, muscle strength, flexibility and balance ability, so as to improve the body function and physical quality of the elderly, but also can avoid the happening of the elderly with chronic disease; Therefore, Dancesport is a study of the elderly have good fitness effect of aerobic exercise.
