Comparison, as a cognitive category, exists in every kind of language. Hence,comparative sentences are used in every moment of people’s daily life. When people ofdifferent languages need to express the meaning of comparison, they will use differentlanguage forms. That’s why there are different comparative sentences. For second languageteachers, acquisition of comparative sentences for oversea students is an extremelyimportant issue without any doubt.In this paper, firstly, comparative sentences written by oversea students are collectedfrom the corpus on “HSK dynamic composition corpus”. Some analysis and summaries aremade on the basic of those sentences. Then, error analysis are carried out from the mostused structures such as "X Bi(比) Y R","X He(')/Gen (跟)Y Yiyang(一样) R","X ZuiR". Also comparative sentences from teaching material are collected to explore teachingstrategies and more reasonable teaching opinions. Then corresponding solutions andteaching advice are put forward to help improving teaching.
