Purpose: This study in order to verify the individual spherical vocational interest inventory Chinese version(PGI- SC) empirical validity,Understand the on-the-job personnel vocational interest and the relationship between professional commitment, and on the basis of establishing Chinese vocational interest search in code.Methods: Use personal spherical vocational interest profile Chinese version(PGI- SC) on China’s 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous region, municipality directly under the central government’s 20 major professional 3000 subjects in the field of questionnaire survey and analysis.Results:(1)Reliability analysis: in this study, PGI- SC 10 interest table’s total internal consistency coefficient is 0.856, and a half reliability coefficient is 0.881; Ability of 10 subscales total internal consistency coefficient is 0.785, and a half reliability coefficient is 0.773; 10 integral part of the subscales total internal consistency coefficient is 0.853, and a half reliability coefficient of 0.843.(2)Validity analysis: in this study to verify the structure validity of PGI- SC, distinguish between validity and criterion validity. Structure validity: according to the eight basic vocational interest of two correlation matrix, the results showed that the correlation coefficient between two types of interest > the correlation coefficient between two kinds of vocational interest the correlation coefficient of two kinds of vocational interest > alternate with relative to the correlation coefficient of two kinds of vocational interest.Distinguish between validity: 20 professions as grouping variable, with 10 kinds of vocational interest as the dependent variable, variance analysis, the results show that various professions in each profession interest score has significant difference,Criterion validity: the degree of commitment as a professional commitment questionnaire(mean 15.8 divided into community, it can be divided into high group and the low group, and select the number of participants in more than 30 after the above fields, respectively in the two groups had no interest in 10 kinds of basic differences of the score, the results show that the high group and the low group scores in different vocational interest types have significant differences.(3)Choose a career high degree of commitment group(greater than average) subjects, will each field in the eight basic vocational interest and vocational high fame on 10 kinds of vocational interest scoring average, according to the high low, will eventually these ten basic interest of permutation and combination as the professional in the field of vocational interest code, received 20 professional in the field of professional interest in the search code.Conclusions:(1)Part in this research the PGI- SC "interest", "ability" and "integral part" of the reliability coefficients reached the standard of psychometric about reliability research.PGI- SC show ring structure composed of eight kinds of vocational interest in line with octagonal structure, show that the structure validity of the scale is good;(2)Nationwide on-the-job subjects significantly different on each vocational interest, different vocational interest score can separate different professions;due to the higher degree of occupational commitment shows that on-the-job personnel interested in his career the more, and willing to spend more time and energy in the work. So professional commitment with high degrees of vocational interest structure of the subjects more representative personnel employed by the career areas have the basic characteristics of vocational interest, namely the professional commitment degree high score of vocational interest types can be used as the profession domain classes necessary quality requirements.(3)Based on the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of experimental results, obtained by high vocational interest of low grade sequence professions search in code, with the guidance unemployed personnel to provide advice and guidance.
