Since the diplomatic relation between China and South Korea has established, under the influence of economic, cultural, and political and other reasons the Chinese hot has been emerging, many South Korean companies also pay attention to the Chinese ability of job seekers, and more and more people learn Chinese in South Korea. South Korea branch of Bohai University has more than four years of teaching experience since 2010. Through the survey analysis of the Chinese teaching material, Chinese test paper, teaching practice and students’ learning attitude in the South Korea branch we found the South Korea branch attaches great importance to that whether every students can understand and can actively listen to the teacher in class, whether there is progress in every examination. Although South Korea branch has obtained certain achievements in Chinese teaching, there are still some problems in the listening course, such as the students are lack of the ability of autonomous learning of listening, master not much vocabulary, are too dependent on native language, learning motivation is not strong, the teacher have single teaching technique, the speed of the recording software is not suitable, the course is lack of less interaction, the regulation is not strong for the student to study, the degree of enthusiasm is not high, blackboard writing is not neat, teaching experience is not rich etc. According to the internship experience by the author in South Korea branch, we hope that the Chinese textbooks can be developed for the South Korean learners and we can do many things to change the status at the primary stage of Chinese listening teaching in South Korea such as adjusting audio material, improving students’ interest in learning, increasing the interaction between teachers and students, paying attention to construction of the listening atmosphere and so on.
