The Study On The Construction Model Of Comtemporary Chinese Dominant And Multiformity Cultural Soft Power

Culture is the soul and foundation of a nation, is the power that can maintain the unity of the nationalities, is a sign of people’s creativity, is the spiritual pillar of the economic, social and national development, is the spiritual home of the people, is the important manifestation of the comprehensive national strength of a country, and is the core content of national soft power. With the change of times and the development of social, the competition between countries is not only reflected in the collision on the hard power, but also embodied in the contest of soft power. If a country want to has a place in such a fierce competition of the world, it must occupy the commanding heights of the culture, strengthen the construction of cultural soft power.In today’s Chinese, the development of economy and the abundant culture, to some extent, meet people’s spiritual and cultural life, and raise the demand for cultural multiformity. At the same time, increasingly open cultural market brings some negative effects, such as the commodity fetishism, moral landslide, money, hedonism and individualism, and cause shaken Marxism, socialism ideal faith of many young people. Facing the domestic and foreign social ideological trend and the challenge of economic globalization, how to adhere to the Marxist leading position in the field of ideology? How to enhance the identity of the Marxist ideology? How to seize the opportunity to promoting effectively the construction of cultural soft power in a new round of market reform? How to mobilize widely people’s enthusiasm, and realize the multiformity of development of socialist culture? These problems are involved in prospect and destiny of national culture career, and major strategic problems to be solved.This paper is based on the cultural view of Marxism as the theoretical support, and the connotation of the contemporary Chinese cultural soft power construction and its law of development as the research object, around what cultural soft power is, how to build socialistic cultural soft power theme with Chinese characteristics. From the perspective of cultural philosophy of Marxism, on the basis of summarizing and refining the thought source of the domestic and foreign culture, this paper profoundly elaborates the scientific connotation. It is based on the scientific, national, popular, essential attribute of socialist culture, reveals the dominant and diversified characteristics of Chinese cultural soft power model; put forward the methodological principle and important value of building Chinese cultural soft power model. According to thorough investigation and study, it analyzes challenge factors, including historical background of our country’s cultural construction and realistic problems, at the same time, reveals that China must seize the opportunities brought by the deepening reform and the environment of peaceful development for constructing the cultural soft power. Based on paradigm of the unity of dominance and multiformity, the cultural soft power system framework with Chinese characteristics is designed. From three aspects——building Marxist dominant cultural ideological recognition mechanism, creating cultural multiformity development platform, and perfecting culture market’s collaborative management system’s unity of government dominance and multiformity, this paper clarifies that the enthusiasm of mass democracy is widely aroused under dominance of the Marxist scientific thoughts, takes the cultural multiform content, form, channel of national style, forms contemporary Chinese cultural soft power construction model with the basic characteristics that unite dominance and diversity.
