Human beings in the process of language communication, the negative form is a very important form of expression, while the negative word "not" and "not(have)" is a important grammatical markers of Chinese negation structure. It is the complexity of the Chinese negative structure internal structure that make its become the difficulty for foreign students, also, one of the most prone to errors of grammar points. Domestic scholars are also reveals the rule of the Chinese negative sentences from different angles,but the latest research achievements of the Chinese negative sentences is not well applied to teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Through the form of a questionnaire test, this paper focus on the tajiki student learned Chinese negative word "not" and "not(have)" examines quantitatively. Through the questionnaire to quantify the errors of the statistics, and then to tajikistan students in learning to "no" and "not(have)" as the mark of the structural performance of the process of acquisition law, the types of errors and the causes of errors for description and analysis.Through analysis, we find that:(1) Chinese negative word "no" and "not(there)," the presence of many to one relationship with Tajiki, negative structures in Tajiki language is expressed as "на + VP", "is not a noun," and "No + the term " expression in the Tajiki language is " нест ".(2) Acquisition of Chinese negative structure is not static, but a dynamic process of development, although some structures have been learned in the early stages, but the intermediate stage of the target language, influenced by factors such as the rules of generalization, in intermediate or advanced levels Errors rate but will rise. Thus, each stage has a different structure of the Chinese Acquisition negative order.(3) Students common structure will be the first acquisition of negation, on the contrary, the more complex and unusual structures will be learned relatively slow or no acquisition.(4)Acquisition of Chinese international students Tajikistan negative level structure with Chinese proficiency of students is not necessarily a positive correlation is affected by many factors, both negative migration of native, is also affected by the impact of the target language rule generalization.(5) Time Words Tajikistan student judge is to use "no" or "not(there)," the main symbol of the students in the acquisition of partial action verbs are mostly generated by mistake affected the time of the word.(6)Structural particle "of the" influence "no" and "not(there)," choice, "not(there)," and "a" co-occurrence of negative bias in Tajikistan student acquisition structure is a common bias.
