With English is popular around the world, Chinese has become more and more popular at the same time. From a global perspective, A lot of people are learning Chinese now and the number of people are growing. Language has developed with the advancement of the society. Buzzwords are one part of the vocabulary and continue to add the new elements into the language system.Buzzwords are helpful for making language play the impotant role as communicative tools. Meanwhile buzzwords are to be concerned, to be used and studied. Because buzzwords are just like other popular things which are the product of times. After being chosen by the era and people, some buzzwords still are being used for a long time.Other buzzwords are never used again just like “a flash in the pan”.The appearance of buzzwords doesn’t happen accidently. It meets the needs of the development of society. The progress of history development provides the condition of the produce and change for buzzwords. The developing environment of language provides adequate developing space for its progress. People create and develop buzzwords in order to provide a service for people’s communication. Nowdays the ontology study of buzzwords is fruitful but the exploration about the buzzwords in teaching Chinese as a foreign language is not sufficient. Base on the existing research results and combine the development of buzzwords. The author has researched for buzzwords in teaching Chinese as a foreign language and focused on how to present buzzwords and show my own ideas about the analysis of buzzwords in the teaching process.This paper is divided into five chapters, the specific content as follows:The first chapter is introduction. The reason and the value of the selected topic are introduced. The ontology study of buzzwords and the study results of the buzzwords in teaching Chinese as a foreign language are also analyzed.The second chapter is about the new character of buzzwords in new Chinese times. Explore the new character of buzzwords, including the semantic and word formation of buzzwords and buzzwords which reflect the social cultural psychology.The third chapter is about buzzwords which contains the rich implication and the teaching values of buzzwords. As one of the most active family member in language, the relation between language and culture is also reflected in the buzzwords.Buzzwords contain a rich culture and make foreign learners contact with Chinese culture. At the same time learning culture can let students enter into the Chinese people’s lives and speak out authentic Chinese.The fourth chapter is about the relative teaching principles and methods of buzzwords. In order to let students understand and grasp buzzwords. In the period of teaching, we can teach buzzwords according to the rules of the appearance of buzzwords. Using appropriate teaching principles and methods can make the teaching process more effective. It’s good for teachers and students.The fifth chapter is conclusion. The main points, innovation and the shortage of the thesis are summed up in the last part of the paper. Because the level of writing is limited, many thoughts are not mature and sufficient.
