A Practice Report On The Application Of Synthetic Method In Chinese Translation Of Long Sentences In Contract Of Affiliate Marketing Advertisements

In today’s world, electronic commerce has become the development trend of China’s foreign trade with the development of economic and the expanding of international exchange. The new network marketing model of cross-border e-commerce- affiliate marketing is standing out. Thus, translating the affiliate contract into Chinese is becoming more important. Affiliate marketing contracts are belong to legal text. Once signed, it has legal effect. Therefore, understanding translation skills and improving translation ability are becoming more and more important.This paper mainly takes the translation practice of affiliate marketing contract as example, lists the two problems of translating passive sentence and long and difficult sentences, combining the basic translation principals of faithfulness and accuracy, completeness and expressiveness, and smoothness, puts forward corresponding solutions and translation strategies to realize the effective translation, which are linear translation, inverse translation, separating translation and synthesizes translation. Through this translation practice, the author also wants to provide help and reference to those translators, to make the translation text clear, smooth and natural and conform to Chinese expression custom.
