A Practice Report Of The Tax Text On CBO Official Website

This article is a translation practice, and the task of translation is appointed by Harbin Yutang Translation Company. The main content of the text is about the CBO taxes, through which our clients want to learn tax policy, the way of tax and tax budget in the USA. The tax budget based on the CBO’s official website is my research object, so lots of research about tax text have been collected, and enough terminology on tax budget. I have read some proper translation theories, which will be applied to guide the translating practice to find out translating problems. At last the translating strategy and methods to solve the problems effectively will be worked out.In this paper, the main content of the article is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction of the CBO’s tax text and my translation work’s meaning and purpose; The second is the description of the translating process, including the preparation of translation, translation processing, medium-term treatment process, and the various translation strategies; The third part is the case analysis, and the corresponding translation strategies will be worked out. Electronic auxiliary tools to improve the efficiency of translation are discussed in this part; The fourth part is the translation practice summary.By means of the CBO’s tax translation practice, the author will get the precious experience in the tax text translation, which will be a good foundation for later study and work. The author also hopes that this research will contribute to our tax text translation.
