In the professional teaching of the fine art academies, the requirements and needs for the model for teaching have been an important section that ensure the teaching quality and improve the teaching level. Over the past years many fine art schools have invested a lot of efforts for the management and development of the model team, from the establishment and improvement of the management system to the implementation of the specific management section. All of these are to better standardize the model management work and make it more effective. It has always been the goal for the model managers to strive to build a model team that meets the requirements of school’s education and teaching development, and can actively serve the teaching as well.In this article the author takes the models for teaching in Y fine arts academy as research object since it is a typical representative among the fine arts schools in terms of curriculum and the frequency of model using. Y fine arts academy faces some problems such as lack of resources and rapid employee turnover in managing the models, which brings enormous difficulties to the management department, and it has affected the normal teaching and restricted the further improvement of the teaching quality. In this research, by combining theoretical and empirical methods, the author makes an in-depth investigation in the management status of the models of Y fine arts academy, analyzing the causes of current problems and emphatically finding out the influential factors of the management standardization in the perspective of organizational management, thereby putting forward the practical and effective improvement measures. In addition, the author hopes the research can provide some suggestion to other fine arts schools in the management of models for teaching.
