As an organizational form for man’s living and activities to distribute and harmonize labor power and resources, the practice of management thread through the entire human history. This is one the important marks which differentiate human.and animals. For this reason, human history is a history of human management. Yet, the appearance of management as a branch of learning to be systematically studied was to accommodate. Western industrial revolution and modern industrial civilization. With the learning of advanced management theories and Western methods, our management entered a new stage, but it has also faced a new challenge, the different management culture and management patterns are facing the culture Transplantation and the serious "rejection" clash of civilizations.If the business want to survive, it only to shape their own core competitiveness, scientific and rational management by the unique traditional culture genes. China as the Yijing’s nation, the Yijing’s philosophy thinking affect every Chinese people’words and deeds, so the construction of Chinese local administrative patterns must play the essence of Chinese traditional culture and wisdom, combined the Humanities, Ethics and overall with the Sciences, mind and analysis communicate with each other, based on the implementation of western management theory compatible with each other, build together in the "principle", and follow the ecological, humane management theory and management.The first chapter of this paper introduces the Book of management’s background and significance and the research status; second chapter introduces the relevant theoretical concepts; the third chapter introduces the human resource management theory in Yijing; the fourth chapter introduced the influence of Yijing to human resource management of Chinese companies, taken Inner Mongolia Fenghua Ltd as example; the fifth chapter demonstrates the application of human resource management theory in Yijing under new economic era; the last chapter summarizes the above content.Through this research, the paper aims to provide for the management and decision making body of a school philosophy and the basis for the establishment of a management philosophy; to management consideration science to open up a wider path, the existing rules and technology into an overall of the framework.
