The paper is based on series of psychological research methods,for example,literature review,questionnaire and group intervention.we collected 349 initial data(effective questionnaire) of Uighur junior middle school students in Urumqi.After the preliminary study of cultural alienation by the method of ANONA.The paper is aimed at designed a scheme to reduce students’ cultural alienation, which consist of 22 Uighur junior middle school students and 10 Hanjunior middle school students.This study employs the experimental designing mode of the experimental-group and the control-group before and after experiment training.The experiment-group would having six times once a week and each time 100 minutes,the control-group did nothing.experimental result:students’ cultural alienation in experiment-group were reduced.we know the results :(1) Uighur junior middle school students’ total average cultural alienation is the lower middle level;(2) Group intervention could effectively reduce cultural alienation.
