The risk and the supervision of e-commerce, two aspects of a contradiction, are fundamental and crucial issues in e-commerce development. The normal operation of e-commerce can not be separated from governments and the relative environment which governments have created to adapt to the operation of e-commerce. Especially in China, the role of our government in business activities is essential for the country is experiencing a period of transition, in which planned economy has been turned into market economy. The mode that governments set up the stage and enterprises put in the show is still an important way to pursue economic objectives in China at the present stage. Aiming at the risk of e-commerce, this article provides an overview and the trend of e-commerce development by taking Taizhou as an example. Starting from the point of view of maintaining a fair and equitable market order, the article breaks through the discussion of pure technical level and studies on the existing risks in e-commerce transactions from multi-angles, and then puts forward regulatory measures that are to the point in order to promote the reconstruction of the supervision mechanism of e-commerce, and to maintain a fair and equitable order of network economy.
