Study On Government Responsibility Of Social Organization Development In Yangjiang

Nowadays,during the period of great transform in Chinese society, the cooperation of government and social organization is facing a rare opportunity of developing. The function of government transforms quickly, and adjustment of the function of social organization, the newfunction of social organization is much more stronger, and the relationship between government and social organization is closer and develops forward. This research focuses on Yangjiang, which a less developed city located in west of Guangdong province, aimed that through studying how government responsibility leads social organization develop healthy and quickly, and offer a reference of cultivating and developing social organization in local government.This research analyzing the current situation of social organization developing and existed problems, try to find out the main reasons of existed problems. Based on domestic and foreign studies,the study uses Sustainable Theory, knowledge from Public Policy,Public Administration, Economics and Sociology, with the aspects of Public Administration Theory, Public Policy, Public Service, andCulture Construction, to discuss the government behavior and government responsibility of promoting social organization construction in Yangjiang, which provides a theoretical basis in the construction of Service-oriented Government and Harmonious Society.
