An Empirical Study On The Government Performance Management Of City A

China is in the reform period of comprehensive. Our country is with thetransformation of the government institutional reform and function, the need tomeasure a comprehensive, scientific on government performance. In accordancewith the construction of the service government, the evaluation of the economicdevelopment of the work of the government simply has great limitations, too muchemphasis on GDP growth, while ignoring the education, health care, social securityand other public services. Establishing the scientific view of achievements, to furtherimproves the government performance evaluation and management system, caneffectively promote the establishment of a modern government diligent and efficient.This article consists of five chapters. The first chapter is the introductionintroduces the research background, purpose and meaning, as well as domestic andinternational situation. City A is an example, the second chapter analyzes thebackground, basic constitution and effects of the government performancemanagement. The third chapter, on the basis of analyzing the problems and reasonsof the government performance management of city A, puts forward proposals to theactual problems of the government performance evaluation index system of the city.Finally, the thesis puts forward the innovation and deficiencies of the research.
