Laos cadre and personnel system is still in its infancy, in all aspectsof the work environment encountered new tasks and new requirements.Therefore Laos knowledge, ability, experience, and economic aspects,there are certain difficulties, Laos needs to work while accumulatingknowledge and ability to explore the work of ideas to improve thenormative cadre and personnel system. Also, because the Lao People’sDemocratic Republic into the international conditions are not ripe, Laosexternal development and international exchanges and cooperation in alimited extent, this will affect the Lao party and government leadingcadres of the knowledge and capabilities. This also resulted in the slowdevelopment of the Lao cadre and personnel system, leading cadres ofinternational knowledge and ability is weak, Laos cadre and personnelsystem reform affected. Therefore, local governments led to Laos.In this paper summarizes the main approach summarized the currentcompetitive selection of cadres and the main basis of experience, fromthe competitive selection of cadres have not yet become a routine way,the competitive selection of cadres is not enough scientifically sound,competitive selection of cadres few higher quality is not enough aspects,to identify problems and shortcomings, and cause analysis. For furtherproblems and shortcomings, from the environment to optimize andstandardize the way, broaden their horizons, improve quality, expanddemocracy, improve the assessment, focusing on aspects of efficiency,improve mechanisms for competitive selection of cadres thinking, putforward a sound competitive selection of cadres path work, give full playto the actual effectiveness of competitive selection system.In the first part of the paper describes the background andsignificance of the introduction thesis, theoretical studies, studies todefine the core concepts, main ideas and methods of research and so on.Then thesis put forward a theoretical basis and Laos competitiveselection of cadres system development status.
