Research On The Government Working Style Changing Under The Background Of Service-oriented Government

The working style of the government reflects the aim of the party, relates to the image of the party and people’s support, and decides the survival and extinction of the country and party. The work style of government not only guides the general mood of society, but also has a significant influence on the development of society. Along with the revolution of the ideology, social structure, the government is facing unprecedented challenge. In this case, changing the work style is the key of constructing new service-oriented government. We should making the service-oriented government to be reality, paying attention to the work style of the government, eliminating bad habit, improving government’s efficiency, increasing the stander of morals with good work style, and guaranteeing government working smoothly.This paper focuses on the transformation of the work style during constructing service-oriented government. With the knowledge from sociology and politics, this paper discusses different aspects of service-oriented government together with work style transformation, including their concept, main questions and the importance. The author studies the main challenge in changing the work style during building service-oriented government, including social problem, individual problem and institutional problem. The study analyzes these problems by considering both the feature of work style of foreign governments and reality of our government, and gives the appropriate suggestions to work style transformation in our government. At last, given the relationship between work style transformation and construction new service-oriented government, the paper discusses the strategies of work style transformation from the view of building service-oriented government. These strategies are proposes for different aspects, including subject of administrative, institutional construction and supervision. In subject of administrative, we need to improve its comprehensive quality for government staff, and enhance the education for ideology and politics. In terms of institutional construction, we should complete the construction as soon as possible. When it comes to supervision, we should emphasize both internal and external supervision, make the internal supervision normal and use the external one as a guarantee.
