The Study Of Urban Village Reconstruction In Villagers’ Rights And Interests

"Urban village" is a special phenomenon of dual system under the formation, of which the joint action is the rapid economic development and urbanization level, which continues to increase gradually. In initial stage of China’s urbanization and industrial development period of rapid growth, this particular form of existence, to some extent, alleviates the problem of urban migrants’ living life. With the accelerating pace of urbanization, villages have caused kinds of problems which are uncommon in such aspects of urban planning management and sanitation, residents employment labor and social security. Villages and city also have huge differences, becomes a constraint coordinated development of urban and rural areas of China’s major resistance and causes widespread concern in the community. In March 2014, prime minister Li Keqiang, in his government work report clearly pointed out that to transform 100 million people living in shanty towns and villages in cities and towns, to do management innovation and mechanism construction of integrated development of town planning, urban village reconstruction as one of the focus of government work. Thus, the transformation of "Villages" is imperative.In the the transformation process of villages, the inherent differences between urban and rural areas make a huge transformation in a variety of issues emerging. The focus of conflict parties, which are also gradually gathering in the transformation process on the protection of landless villagers. Land is the survival of subsistence production of villagers. If lost their land, the villagers are lack of effective legitimate interests, so the transformation brought by the various conflicts is increasingly apparent. Today, China promotes social harmony and achieves common prosperity as the goal, so the process of transformation of village’s research interests of the villagers, and even society as a whole are of great significance for the future transformation of villages. This paper chooses Wuhan Yao Jialing as transform instance, describes the specific circumstances of its demolition and renovation, including the demolition of the tripartite stakeholders involved in the process, analyses their responsibilities, in order to identify the rights and interests of city reconstruction process damages the villagers.
