Ukrainian crisis is the result of the combined action of historical, cultural, geopolitical and other factors in a light of the big play among power states. The crisis brought the new issues, challenges not only into Ukraine but also to the whole world; all its severe consequences are progressively revealing themselves. The final solution of the Ukrainian crisis depends on the results of the multilateral game playing. Increasing the research towards Ukrainian crisis has a very big actual importance not only for solving the crisis and Russian national interests and security, but also for China international cooperation and political, economic development. China and Russia are being two neighbor power states in the Asia-Pacific region, the expanding and deepening the long-term energy cooperation is one of the most important parts of the two countries strategic cooperation and at the new time gives two states big mission. This cooperation field has the big role to protect and expand the national interests of each country, bring benefits to people and push forward the ordered development of regional and global environment. The main content of this paper is Sino-Russian energy cooperation and the Ukrainian crisis, mainly analyses the reasons of the Ukrainian crisis and its impact towards energy cooperation between two countries. Before doing research on the Sino-Russian energy cooperation, the paper does close analysis about the internal, external factors, progress and the perspectives of Ukrainian crisis. Ukrainian crisis contains three important periods:first is Maidan square protest event and wresting the political power; Crimea issue and Civil war on the East of Ukraine. The internal factors of the Ukrainian crisis burst are historical, cultural, political and economic factors. The external factors are Western and Russian factors. There are two way two solve the Ukrainian crisis:The federalization or the disintegration. Although both ways can stop the weapon conflict at some extend, but already cannot recover the relations between West and Russia the way they have been before. The situation in Ukraine had the considerable impact on energy relations between China and Russia. This paper researches Russian and Chinese point of view, analyses the perspective of energy cooperation development between two counties in aspect of Ukrainian crisis. From Russian prospect, the most important condition is the complementarity of the energy policies.Russia has rich oil and gas sources and it needs big and stable sales market. At the same time the fast growing Chinese economy needs more energy resources and stable suppliers, it is urgent for it to get rid of the severe dependence on the oil resources from Middle East region.Furthermore, the Sino-Russian cooperation corresponds with the energy import-export diversity policies of both countries.Besides, The Ukrainian crisis had a significant impact on the stability of the security system in Europe and the international situation in general, it stopped the development of the constructive relations between the West and Russian after Soviet Union disintegrated, leaded the escalation of political, economy tension between two sides. On the contrary, this relations decline brought new opportunities forSino-Russian energy cooperation. After more the 10 years marathon on gas cooperation, finally, two sides came to agreement. However, at the same time with that, some of the western sanctions focusing on economy and energy technology barriersare not facilitating to theSino-Russian mutual exploration of gas and oil. Moreover, in case of solving of Ukrainian crisis and normalization of relations between Russia and Western countries, the acceleration of Sino-Russian energy cooperation can be significantly slow down. To deal these challenges China and Russia has to maintain and strengthen strategic relations, have to maintain and strengthen the strategic partnership with each other, to conduct the consultations according the complimentarily and common interests of both sides, use the political will to deal with short-term economic disputes.
