The Study Of The Administrative Accountability Of The Public Crisis Management

Since SARS occurred, the government is required to be accountable for public crisis which showed highly multiple and frequent trends. With the speeding up of the democratic process, the public show a growing concern for the public crisis. They need to know not only the truth, but also the personal responsible for dealing with it. It is increasingly important to test the comprehensive management of our government, which requires a highly responsible spirit of our government. Administrative accountability as an important political governance system is supposed to contain the formal system, the informal system and implementation mechanism, so there is no exception for accountability system in public crisis management. The author introduced the connotation of public crisis, administrative accountability system, combined the research and practice at home and abroad, and proposed alternatives to improve crisis accountability management in public crisis.
