Home Care Services In Rural Community Model

Population aging trend is increasingly serious in our country, the problem of supporting old people is becoming a more focused issue that arises the attention of the society and the public. The way of supporting old people through family and and institutions has been unable to meet the diversified demands of old people. Retirement supporting service in Urban community is continuously being improvedhowever,the circumstance in rural community is relatively backward, furthermore, the number of old people living in rural area is much higher than urban area. In this sense, retirement supporting service in rural community deserves more attention and research. The model study topic of retirement supporting service in rural community has been put forward in this essay under such a background.Theoretical analysis in this essay is based on social welfare pluralism theory and social embeddedness theory, and theoretical research and practical experience of domestic and overseas communities are used for reference. This essay deeply analyzes the problems such as superficial idea understanding, imperfect system/mechanism, inadequate publicity, insufficient fund guarantee, non-effectively performed service function and imperfect professional service level etc. that exist in current rural community retirement supporting service through specific case of Wenzhou Xingbei Community retirement supporting service and questionnaire for retirement supporting demand investigation of community old people. Service management model has been put forward to be that retirement supporting service in rural community embodies "government guidance,joint participation by many institutions".It is planned to improve retirement supporting service level and life quality of old people in rural community by establishing and improving organizational management system,fund guarantee mechanism, supporting facility construction and retirement service personnel team construction.
