On The Route Choice Of Constructing Socialist Consultative Democracy In China

The construction of socialist consultative democracy is the promotion and development to our political consultation. From the Democratic Revolution Period, our country began to gestate the thought and theory, and have made a gradual development in the long-term practice. Since the founding of new China, we establish gradually a system of multiparty cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Chines Communist Party. The Chinese people’s political consultant undertakings are developing steadily. But in the Culture Revolution, the people’s political consultant began to stagnate. Since the implementation of reform and open policy, the people’s political consultant has made a great achievement, and with the changeable situation I home and abroad, some new problems and challenges have appeared. Deliberative democracy is the democratic theory and form rose in the 1980 s in western. its main purpose is to solve the problems in electoral democracy, and other forms of traditional democratic development adapt to the demands of the development of society and era. Since the 18 th CPC national congress, and constantly deepen the understanding of socialist deliberative democracy, made a series of new deals, the creation of the research in this paper, based on the field, and tries to western deliberative democracy theory combined with China’s specific conditions, exploring the path of the construction in our country socialist deliberative democracy.This paper is divided into four parts. The introduction part, mainly for the simple instruction of the purpose of writing this paper, the significance and methods, summarizes the important research results of deliberative democracy of the domestic and foreign. The first chapter, describes the theory of deliberative democracy. Using historical research, comparative study, the methods of literature study, analyzes the connotation of the deliberative democracy and the western deliberative democracy theory origin, and emphasizes the adaptability of deliberative democracy in China, this paper expounds the development course of China’s socialist deliberative democracy, significance and advantage. The second thesis chapter analyzes the challenges and difficulties of the current consultation practices of China’s socialist democracy faces. Use research, comparative study focuses on the interdisciplinary approach of social class differentiation, values diversity, and new dynamic to the negotiation of international democracy-building challenges brought about some of the problems of deliberative democracy in the long process of development encountered. The third chapter analyzes the negotiation of the construction of socialist democratic path selection. It focuses on how the rule of law through comprehensive, innovative content and form of democratic consultation, negotiation cultivate ideas and focus on livelihood issues, path, promotion meeting of China’s socialist democracy.
