As the fast development of the word political and economic, Asia-Pacific area has always been a major part of America’s global strategy. From the moment that Barack Obama became the new president of America, he immediately made a high-profile announcement that "Return to Asia-pacific".At the same time, Hillary Clinton, the secretary of state,announced in the Asean Regional Forum:"we are back!", and signed to join the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia. Marked the strategy of "Return to Asia-pacific" entered the stage of substantive action. The high-profile announcement of return to Asia-pacific, not only has a far-reaching influence toward the Asia-Pacific, but also the impact of the Transatlantic Relations cannot be ignored.The thesis based in the strategy of "Return to Asia-pacific" as a breakthrough point, discussing the background of the strategy, including the historical evolution of the strategy, the reasons of the Obama administrations push to back to Asia-Pacific policy. Then discuss the transatlantic relations as the main part.Including the change of the policy from America to NATO, why changed, the influence to the transatlantic relations, the react of the parties to the government,and what new situation will be come. At last, what should China do.Starting from America back to Asia-Pacific, their strategy has obviously inclined towards East. They let the strategy in the Asia-Pacific region as a main task on the recovery of domestic economic and political diplomacy. In this case, America relax control on NATO, the relationship between Europe and America have a huge change, the international pattern have reshuffled. But it is very sure that the US and Europe are also need the transatlantic alliance to relize their own interests, so they can not completely to give up the transatlantic alliance. Therefore, we should see the changes which the transatlantic security relationship may occur and the new features may happen. And it can be ture that the transatlantic relationship will continue to develop under the new form.
