Since the reform and opening-up, and there have been big differences between the city and the country in public resource allocation, the economic development level, and the household registration system. In order to make a living, some of the rural surplus laborers have to leave their villages for the big cities to find the jobs, so they can not take care of and educate their children by themselves, their children must be looked after by their parents. But the parents and their children keep away from each other for a long time, they are short of communication between the children, the rural old family structure, communication mode of the primary group and change the way of family education have a direct influence on the healthy growth of the left-behind children Because many rural migrant workers work in other places, they are too busy to care for their families and their children’s education, a new problem appears, that is, education problems of the rural left-behind children.The relevant data shows, the rural left-behind children’s mental health is in the shadow because of the lack of affection, many children showed closed inner, emotional indifference, behavior features such as autism, these problems have aroused wide attention from all walks of life. With the development of urbanization and the continuous outflow of the rural migrant workers, the lack of the rural family care, the differences and the gap between urban and rural education, all these will affect the growth of rural left-behind children for a long time. According to the current status of rural left-behind children education problems, it is very urgent to make feasible policy and institutional to guarantee the rural left-behind children receive a good education, this is their basic rights, also a humanist, and the essential requirement of building a harmonious society.First, this paper sums up and concludes the rural left-behind children present situation and the existing main problems on the basis of neatening and analyzing the research results of the rural left-behind children problems in recent years.Second, This paper combines with the feature of the current reality of China’s social transformation period and the country time background, emphasizes its root cause, from the law, policy, system, school, rural community and all walks of life, etc. By looking up the consult literature, on-the-spot investigation, visiting discussion, system analysis and case analysis methods such as comprehensive analysis and study, the education of left-behind children lack of rights of the cause of the deep analysis. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures and the suggestion to solve the problems of the rural left-behind children by education rights from family, school, society and government, And with PingQiao area’s actual practice of xinyang henan province in rural left-behind children education rights of empirical research on the issue.
