In contrast, we can see the function of the militarylaw on protecting military security in China has a lot of questions to improve.At the last but not the least, this paper prospects the protection of militarysecurity by military law, it provides many ideas and suggestions to protect militarysecurity by military law in future. There are three aspects in this part. Firstly, furthertheoretical reservation should be taken; Secondly, we need to construct scientificsystem of military law; Thirdly, the protection requires to standardize the practice ofmilitary law.
