The regime of our country is divided into five levels in total; from high level to l ow level, they are the central committee of the communist party of China, province, ci ty, county, town and village. As the grassroots level in our country, town and village g overnments are authority departments directly contacting with the masses.They live a mong the people and get to know people’s real life environment and living conditions,and find the problems existing in the people’s life, and can solve these problems and settle disputes in a timely manner. As vital roles, they are the contact hub between peo ple and the party. They have been rooting in rural grassroots, representing the people t o reflect the real situation to the CPC central committee; they are ruling pro at the gras s-roots level, on behalf of the party directly in the service of the people. Therefore, on ly they work a lot harder,to make the policies benefiting the people that are carried out under a better conditions,with the purpose truly benefit the people. people dedicated t o their work have a great relationship with job satisfaction. When they are satisfied wi th job,they will have higher enthusiasm. This article select the relationship between w ork enthusiasm and satisfaction as the theme, make research, it has a practical signific ance to the necessary to improve people’s satisfaction and improve the efficiency of th e civil service.This paper takes 110 township civil servants in X county as the research object,conducting this empirical study about the job satisfaction and job involvement of the township civil servants by adopting questionnaire survey method, and using the statistical software SPSS19.0 to seting up a data analyse of sample,the outcomes shows that :First, the job satisfaction of township civil servants in X county is satisfactory,and job involvement is good. the job satisfaction and job involvement of the township civil servants in X county affect each other, and they are significantly positive correlation.Second, results The scores of the five dimensionalities affect the job satisfaction of township civil servants were showed from low to high degressively: work rewarded、work environment、personal development、work itself and work group.Third, from the viewpoint of the effect of demographic variable impacts on the job satisfaction of township civil servants in X county, the age、the seniority and the rank do affect the job satisfaction of township civil servants in X county significantly,and the gender and the education background affects it less.On the basis of the above findings, the paper proposes relative countermeasure about how to increase their job satisfaction and job involvement of township civil servants in X county, it is hoped that this paper will be of use in helping Civil servant management to increase the job satisfaction of township civil servants, and inspire their working positivity from the aspects of countermeasures.
