Study On Pension Services Development Path Of He Bi City

With the constant development of economy, the ageing issue of china has become increasingly severe. The tending of ageing, advanced, disabled, empty nest and family miniaturization has become an increasingly outstanding problem. And family pension hasn’t met people’s increasing needs of providing for the aged. Whether the basic supporting of endowment institution is in place and more diversified modes of providing for the elderly can make a good effect are matters of mutual concerns. This paper made an empirical study on pension services of He Bi city by the way of field research and talking etc. Through the survey, geracomium in the three urban districts and the two counties of He Bi has made changes on the basics of backward instruments,which offered a good security to the basic needs of providing for the aged of three old man and the old without guarantee. Private pension has rapidly developed into the supporting of pension services of He Bi city, which did better in either the numbers of bed or the quality of service. Community Pension Service Center is spreading and this made fits for the needs of home-based care for the aged to supply timely services to the aged better, which is widely concerned. However, the pension services of He Bi city are generally at the first developing stage. Public pension institution and private pension institution have their own problems. For example: funding lack, the lack of professional paramedics, the administrators lacking managing experiences, unable to meet the old people’s mental demands, etc. Community Pension Service Center begins with the first step and many problems will appear. So, this paper offered to increase financial support and from the multiple funding mechanism according to the recent problems of He Bi pension services. And we should strengthen propaganda and change the old people’s and their children’s traditional concept of providing for the aged. The government should actively make and carry out the policy of providing for and helping the aged. Also the government should strengthen the supervision and regulation and concentrate on the construction of professional team for the aged to improve the quality of service. We should apply the mode of medicine for nourishing combination and pay more attention to the old people’s mental health and other targeted and operable policies in order to promote the development of pension services of He Bi city.
