China has the highest population in the world,and the largest number of elderly people.Since our country entered the aging country in 2000,the level of population aging has been constantly improving,and the situation of providing for the aged is becoming more and more serious,which has been paid close attention by all walks of life.The aging population provides new opportunities and challenges for the development of China's pension service industry.The development of human resources for old-age services is an important guarantee for accelerating the development of old-age services in China.The number and quality of service personnel directly affect the quality of our country's pension service and the practical interests of the elderly.By introducing the current situation of the aging population in China,this paper analyses the classification and characteristics of the elderly population,investigates the current situation of the human resources of the old-age service in China and makes a comparative analysis of supply and demand.It is found that the old-age service personnel in China have the characteristics of small number,low level,uneven structure and poor stability.At the same time,drawing on the advanced experience of Japan,Germany,Denmark and other countries in personnel training,financial support and policy support,this paper studies the human resources development of China's pension services from three levels: the state,industry and enterprises.At the national level,we should strengthen personnel training,do a good job of financial support and policy support;at the industry level,we should establish industry associations,establish industry standards,clarify access mechanisms,strengthen industry self-discipline and improve industry control;at the enterprise level,we should build a "5P" model of human resources,and form a job analysis system based on knowledge,a recruitment and selection system guided by selection.The allocation and use system with people as the core,the training and development system with education as the motive force,and the assessment and salary system with the purpose of retaining people,actively explore the development strategy of human resources for the old-age service,gradually improve the policy measures for the old-age service talents,and then provide strong talent support for the construction of the social old-age service system.
