Service-oriented government in order to “citizen standard” and “serve for the people” concept as the guide, and the core function is public service. The government should provide public service for the sake of meeting the basic needs of citizens; meanwhile accept the public’s judgment of the service effect.It’s a fundamental work and a necessary condition through making evaluation on public service satisfaction degree, so that the government can provide the target-oriented services and guide the medium-term and long-term plans significantly.The paper uses a literature analysis method as well as a qualitative and quantitative research method, evaluating Tongxiang public service satisfaction research for the private enterprise employees, in order to further enhance the public satisfaction.Firstly, On the basis of literature review at home and abroad, this paper introduces the definition and the characteristic of public service and public satisfaction, and the theoretical foundation of the public service satisfaction.Secondly, according to “The National Basic Public Service System ‘Twelfth five-years’ Plan” and the condition of Tongxiang private enterprises, this paper establish an evaluation index system of public service satisfaction including 7first index and 18 second index. Meanwhile, designs a questionnaire on the base of the index system, a simple sampling method was conducted to perform the questionnaire among 1200 employees selected from 12 above-scale enterprises in Tongxiang. Finally, according to the assessment results, in view of the low score public service of water(4.18) and air(4.35)protection, food(5.58)and drug(6.26)safety, housing security(5.83) and medical care(6.48), this article puts forward four countermeasures.
