The Management System Existing Problem And Countermeasure Researchof The County-level City Street Agency

In our country, The Street Agency is the organization of political power at the Grass-roots level. It is the special product of urbanization. It is the connection of the government and the urban communities. As a local agency of the government, it must bear the special responsibility of social affairs management. It plays an important role in urban management, community building, economic development, social security and comprehensive management. It is the foundation of the urban social stability.As the development of China’s economic and the progress of our society, the speed of urbanization get more and more fast. Some changes have taken place in the Town Government which in the location between urban and rural. It becomes more and more important. In order to take a better management of the urban city, some Town Government had been revoked, instead of, the Street Agency had been set up. But, as the Street Agency is a new production, there are a lot of problems in the operation.Since the 18 th meeting of China’s communist party, urbanization has risen as a national development strategy. To perfect governance structure at the local level and to change the management function model of the Street Agency had already become the issue that must be solved.In this paper, I take Ma Cheng as an example. Ma Cheng is a small city which is in the process of urbanization. It will analysis the problems and insufficient that existing in the management mode. Then put forward the corresponding reform suggestions. So that, we can straighten the functional position of the Street Agency and to promote its scientific of administrative management.
