The Fire Force is a kind of Chinese People’s Armed Police Force, it is an important functional departments of public security organs. It bears the dual functions of defense and public security and fire rescue society, and is a fire fight with militarization, professional team. The fire protection work is playing an increasingly important role in the modernization constructions, but the serious lack of firefighter resources restricted the smooth development of the current fire work. How to further improve the allocation efficiency of firefighter resource, ease the shortage of firefighter resource, it’s the force problems to be solved by the Firefighting Force at this moment. Because it is not only related to the career development of the firefighter, but also related to the public relationship security and dairy fire control enforcement work can or can not be done smoothly. Therefore, the public security organs to solve the shortage of police resources and other issues are imperative. So this study has a strong practical significance.This paper used the related theories of human resource management, and takes the firefighting resource management of Yuanzhou district, Yichun City as a starting point, and then analyzes the main problems of firefighting force, such as unscientific internal resources, task growth is not suitable with the growth of firefighting resources, lack of security and incentives, irrational organization structure, standardized running mode and other issues. The main causes of the above problems are the lack of professionalism of police effectiveness concept, the managing foundations of police resources are weak (including the theory, system, program, and means). On the basis of analysis of the problem is proposed to some recommendations to improve the existing fire brigade police resources management: rearrange the police resource, develop police personnel resource management ability, innovate policing model, adhere to strong science and technology,improve police education training mechanism, improve evaluating and appraising mechanism.
