Study On The Outskirt Of Zhenjiang City Community Public Service Satisfaction

With the deepening of reform and opening-up, the community public service has be paid more and more attention by the party and the government, and the position in social management is becoming increasingly obvious. In the recent ten years, the party and the government input to the community increasing year by year. Community function has been significantly enhanced, which is mainly reflected in two aspects. First, the community public service increasingly rich content and development of its services has changed from the past mediate neighborhood disputes, developed into providing security precautions, health, cultural and sports services, labor and social security, employment and entrepreneurship, charity and other public services. Second, increasing the quality of services in many places to establish a professional team of social workers, some local public services through the purchase of ways to cultivate a professional, social social intermediary organizations. Thus, with the functions of the community continue to improve, significantly enhance the capacity of the community to resolve social conflicts on public services and improve the quality of life of community residents, and promote the significance of building a harmonious society increasingly important. Therefore, the level of community quality of public services has become the focus of attention and the party and the government’s social management work focus. In this paper, based on the theory of customer satisfaction, draw on some information on the data model of customer satisfaction, through field visits, on-site interviews, questionnaires and other methods, the residents of the community collected opinions and suggestions of the public service, and through SPSS software, obtained satisfaction with public services affected communities in four key factors:the "community worker clothing grooming", "community committees in the dispute resolution process under the Constitution act that does not favor any party", "community committees on agreed Speaking of things to do "and" the process of service satisfaction.
