Access To Media Studies Children Left Behind Under The Care Service System

In contemporary China, left-behind children has gradually become a profound social problems. As a product of social transformation, the special nature of left-behind children decided that they will not only will encounter many challenges in learning in life; good media contacts that can help them meet the challenge. However, their media exposure is not optimistic. Since 2011, the China Women’s Federation, the Ministry of Education and other departments jointly launched a Rural Children care services system pilot work, the system integration of government and all sectors of society resources improve the living conditions of children left behind, promote their thrive. The author believes that the construction of care service system should be improved to increase the exposure of children left behind media environment into development goals. Improved media exposure of children left behind will also increase media literacy, helping them to grow physically and mentally, the smooth realization of socialization.First, in the general,the emergence of left-behind children and the local economic development is closely linked,but there are exceptions, such as the economic characteristics of the township, it is a lot of people start to go out, will result in the phenomenon of children left behind.Second, in terms of media exposure, the phenomenon that children left behind have cell phones, television is more popular, but computers, cameras and other media professionals are more precious lacks. This is their family economic situation related. Secondly, most of the children left behind heavy on content preferences informative light entertainment content.Moreover, the computer penetration rate is not high, the computer is not high frequency of contact, the contact time is not fixed, the route of exposure is not widespread, Internet content emphasis on entertainment, and other issues. In newspapers and magazines also exist frequency of contact is not high, which also has a relationship with the backward rural infrastructure.Third, in terms of the media cognitive, left-behind children view on television programs to be improved, such as scenes of violence on the screen to upgrade the recognition on the issue of crime can not reach a correct understanding; meantime, more than half of children left behind can not always distinguish advertising; in cognitive networks, there are a lot of children left behind think the network is always more advantages than disadvantages.Moreover, they can not have a correct understanding about pros and cons of the network; the problem of knowledge on the network, left-behind children can understand the most simple basic knowledge of the network, and when the problem is difficult,some people can not answer them, indicating that the network can not master the knowledge truly. And on the question of the content of mass media influence on the self they can not have a very deep understanding.Fourth, in terms of the use of the media, the presence of left-behind children participation is not high,they can not have a more profound understanding for the purposes of participation in media activities, spent a month intermediation consumption low.How to improve the media exposure of children left behind has become an urgent problem, we need to understand that not only take direct action against the media in order to improve this group of media exposure, the measure that improve their living environment, improve their personality itself to improve the media exposure is helpful. Since 2011, the National Women’s Federation, the Ministry of Education and other departments jointly launched a Rural Children care services system pilot work, the system integration of government and all sectors of society resources, efforts to improve the living conditions of children left behind, to promote their thrive, including media literacy,Meantime,improving media exposure is an essential part of system construction, so construction and improvements to the system will gradually increase the exposure of children left behind media environment, while improving media exposure will also promote the socialization of children left behind smooth complete, and the process will eventually effect system construction more smoothly. This article focuses on how to improve the system construction based on this media exposure of this group, I will use content analysis and other methods studied composition of left-behind children care service system, system and relevant staff conducted interviews to understand the system related to the functioning. This system includes infrastructure and activities are two aspects;Level infrastructure including hardware and software in two parts. First, from the hardware point of view, in the establishment of the school activities of children left behind at home, perfect boarding school construction, improvement of left-behind children far from home, on the way home security risks and other issues can also be left-behind children’s weekend time to fully use them, change the "5+2= 0"; in school, improve the system established left-behind children activity room care facilities, and the establishment of a tutor guidance station on this basis, the guardian of the children left behind to carry out tutor to guide work and enhance the guardian of quality, provide a good environment for family education of children left behind. Second, the construction of the software includes security system construction and construction personnel. Safeguards system, the establishment of a joint meeting defined the responsibilities and obligations of various departments, and in all aspects of the construction of the system have formulated relevant system; while building a team of full-time staff, professionals and volunteers combining care services team.Activities include regular activities and events in two ways. Routine activities contribute sympathy theme preaching is the main content; major activities is based on the individual child festival as an opportunity to carry out large-scale variety show, condolences and other activities.This system can improving the living environment of children left behind, and promote a sound personality building a certain role, which will have a significant role for environmental media exposure of children left behind, but there are a variety of system construction and subsequent management of the system, and a weight instill mobilize aid children left behind and light autonomy, failed to increase the education and guidance of children left behind in contact with the media, so we can be improved from several aspects of the system. Although we can not just rely on the construction of the system to improve the media literacy of children left behind, but rely on the construction of the system, we are able to maximize the collection of all resources, with the support of society and the government, to improve the achievement of our children left behind in the media exposure, culture media literacy, the successful completion of the social vision.
