As the most grass-roots political power organization,township streets are the concrete implementers and the ultimate executors of various national policies.Building lean,clean,practical and efficient township streets is the basic link and breakthrough to improve the ecological management at the grass-roots level and build a harmonious society.PuLanDian district township streets of civil servants work directly facing the crowd people,mostly work in the base line,foreign service window,all kinds of comprehensive interleaved transactions and reception work,not only to superiors file spirit on,more to do a good job in service to the people of the docking if handled properly and service to the people relations,or policy explanation does not reach the designated position,it is easy to trigger social conflicts,even lead to mass incidents,affect the township streets social order and stability.With the withdrawal of Pulandian and the promotion of the reform of the Party and government organs,as the main undertakers of grass-roots public services,the township and street civil servants in Pulandian can not be ignored because of their working environment,the particularity of the nature of their work and the influence of traditional concepts.Therefore,in view of the professional pressures faced by the civil servants in town and town streets of Pulandian District,the research work will play a great role in building a civil servant team with strong professional quality and good psychological literacy,gradually changing the functions of the government,and enhancing the satisfaction of enterprises and the masses with public management services.This paper always focuses on the study of "occupational stress of civil servants in villages and towns".Firstly,it introduces the background of this topic,then elaborates the practical significance of this topic,and lists the theoretical support of this paper.In the second chapter,the background introduction mainly elaborates the process of the withdrawal of Pulandian District from the city and the progress of the institutional reform,as well as the impact that the public welfare institutions may bring to the township and street civil servants in enriching the civil service team,and also introduces the whole questionnaire.This paper summarizes and verifies the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Chapter three analyses the causes of the existing occupational stress of the township and street civil servants in Pulandian District.Chapter four proposes some corresponding improvement strategies for the occupational pressure of civil servants in the towns and villages of Pulandian District according to the overall reform background of Pulandian District and the actual situation in the local area.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward some strategies to relieve the pressure of civil servants in Pulandian District,such as improving the organizational management system of Pulandian District,tilting more opportunities to the grass-roots level of township streets,improving the social praise of grass-roots civil servants in Pulandian District,even if welfare benefits are distributed,retaining grass-roots talents,etc.Through the analysis and Research on the occupational stress of the Township street civil servants in Pulandian District,this paper can help the local government organs in Pulandian District basically grasp the pressure situation faced by the Township street civil servants,at the same time take some measures to intervene effectively and guide actively,so as to reduce the occupational stress and psychological burden of the Township street civil servants in Pulandian District,and ultimately improve the whole Pulandian District.Performance of Party and government organs.
