Solutions to these problems are:First, the traditional pension model based on continuous development of new pension model to improve the social old-age pension coverage and community; the second is social endowment insurance-based to further improve the rural social security system; third is to strengthen pension services in rural areas, to increase the rural pension service infrastructure investment to provide more financial support for rural pension services, pension institutions to improve service to the community level, so that more resources involved in social care services to rural endowment to improve.
