Basic Pension Services And Supply Based On The Needs Of The Aged

With the aging of our population deepening, pension services are increasingly becoming the focus of attention, research results in this area are greater; However, the results of the basic old-age pension services or basic services is relatively little research, whether academic or policy document, the basic old-age services are not yet a relatively unified understanding of the basic pension services also failed to clear the core content, namely, the basic pension which services should be included, what the specific project content should be. In order to further promote the development of China’s basic old-age services, the urgent need for basic old-age service projects make a clear definition of the project to build a scientific and systematic,basic old-age service system and clearly specific service content, service and delivery mode. This paper tried more comprehensive attempt to explore, trying to achieve a breakthrough and innovation.In this paper, literature research combing the basic care services and related research and policy papers, the basic pension services practice at home and abroad are summarized; Basic pension national implementation services in different ways, but there is commonality in nature provided directly by the government or government-led care service or the role of old-age benefits, the government is indispensable. At our domestic services around the basic pension deficiencies exist, the basic old-age experience for our foreign service has certain implications. Combining old-age service needs of older persons 222 questionnaires, qualitative and quantitative research a combination of the initial development of China’s basic old-age service projects, defining the basic pension services and content through expert consultation, mining and using analytic hierarchy process determining the weight of the basic pension services, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the degree of demand for basic old-age service projects were evaluated. This paper believes that the basic old-age service contains life care, health care, solace, emergency relief, culture and education body entertainment and legal services and other six categories, covering domestic services, lifestyle guidance, medical assistance, care services, spiritual support, emergency rescue system, sports and entertainment activities and interests of eight maintenance services and institutional services, the same basic pension Services service can be implemented by a variety of service.
