At the end of the 20th century, with the increase of the elderly population in our country, the aging of the population has become a prominent issue. The endowment has become a social problem facing the whole society and needs to be resolved. However, traditional family pensions and the provision of old-age care services by government organizations cannot keep pace with the growing and diverse elderly care needs of the elderly. The public's trust in private capital and pension services is not high, which is detrimental to the participation of private capital in pension services and the development of the entire pension service industry. This article combines relevant sociological theories, from the perspective of social change,to study the social basis of private capital participation in pension services, and to study whether objective economic conditions and subjective personal thinking have an impact on private pension services,is there a positive or negative influence? In this study, qualitative research methods are used to study nursing homes in Nanning and Beihai and Chongzuo and Liuzhou. The study found that the family's economic conditions are the basic conditions for participating in the retirement service, the strength of economic conditions will directly affect the quantity and quality of elderly people's access to aged care services. For old-age pension institutions established by private capital or pensions for public pensions, the elderly are more inclined to the former. For the services of private pension institutions, the satisfaction of the elderly and their families is not high. However, due to the restrictions on family economic conditions and the overall quality of the elderly care market, they have to accept the current conditions of old-age care services. In general, the social foundation for private capital to participate in institutional aged care services is relatively mature. It requires governments, societies, and institutions to make changes to improve the social recognition. This study also believes that the obstacles encountered by private capital in participating in institutional pension services are not only influenced by politics, economy, and institutions, but also by society's awareness of private pension institutions. This not only requires private pension institutions to receive policy support, improve their own image and service quality, but also requires the whole society to make "new changes to the pension system. The traditional concept of old-age care has been transformed into the concept of modern pension.
