With the rapid development in recent years, Cross-border Electronic Commerce industry in our country has become a "Dark Horse" in the foreign trade industry, it’s been an important force to promote the growth of China’s foreign trade.Cross-border e-commerce operation involves multiple links of domestic and foreign government, industry’s development can not be separated from the government’s role. Therefore, cross-border e-commerce business development puts forward new demands and new challenges to the government management.In view of this, this article chooses the "The study on the Government Role of Cross-border E-commerce Development” as the study topic, trying to through the deepgoing discussion of city “S” actual situation, and refer to the experience of other cross-border pilot domestic cities and foreign countries.
