Suzhou Community Society To Organize The Implementation Of The Case Study Of Public Venture Capital Projects

With China’s economic and social development, the community social organizations in the communities around the emerge, at the same time in order to adapt to the new situation of the development of the social transformation, community management of the new requirements, new residents demand changes, the community social organizations to continually accept the transition of government function, public services, the main way is to participate in public venture capital project. To this, there are a lot of experience to summarize, there are some problems were discussed and solutions is necessary.This paper uses case study method and action research method, river community social organizations in suzhou city association of teenagers and the guest take initiative to study "the dilemma of community youth holiday program" project as a case, to demonstrate the specific process of community social organizations implement public venture capital projects, results, and existing problems, and analysis the reasons of the problems, and then explore the path of resolving problem, from the aspects of government,community, social organization, community residents to participate in, evaluate the supervision system put forward relevant countermeasures, so as to provide experience for other community social organizations implement public venture capital projects for reference.
