With the increasing of our country’s comprehensive strength,military equipment modernized, scientific and refined, has become a task to improve our military capabilities and enhance the combat effectiveness of the army. Aircraft maintenance service has become the urgent task of flying troops and aircraft repair unit,The aviation security equipment in the army is only considering a certain safeguard function, only has one kind of safeguard function.According to the demand of flight unit maintenance and the shortage of air support equipment in active service, designed the Hydraulic and Electric Cart for Aviation that integrated aircraft hydraulic system testing, maintenance and aviation ground power supply. Designed to reduce the types of security equipments, the aircraft do not need two large devices at the same time around the aircraft when maintenance work on the ground, to improve the cost-effectiveness of the device, reduce labor intensity of staff. This paper mainly completed the following works:1, The design requirements and overall system block diagram of the cart are presented, the three-dimensional model of the cart is established by using the software of SolidWorks, mechanical structure design of the cart, study on the mechanism of the principle diagram of the key part of the cart.The finite element analysis is carried out on the chassis of the cart, and the moving parts of the body were selected and checked.2, The hydraulic system and its working block diagram of the cart are designed, describes the four functions of hydraulic system, that is, self circulation cleaning, pressure on the aircraft, cleaning aircraft hydraulic system, the aircraft refueling. The selection calculation of main components of hydraulic system is described.3, Through the analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics of the valve controlled double cavity single rod hydraulic cylinder, the transfer function of the valve controlled double cavity single rod hydraulic cylinder is obtained.Based on the hydraulic simulation software AMESim, simulation and analysis of the cart when it provide pressure to the aircraft landing gear and the rear landing gear. Get the performance curves. The correctness of the principle diagram of the hydraulic system of the cart is verified.4, The power supply system of the cart is designed. The application of the battery, the super capacitor and the charging scheme of the power supply system are described. The control system scheme of the cart is designed. The operation interface of human-computer interaction is designed by using the software of WinCC flexible.
