The penetration theory of ideological and political education is an important part of the theoretical system of ideological and political education. As a result,it can enhance the effect of penetration.The second is to analyze the current situation of the infiltration of the ideological and political education. In this part,on the one hand,the thesis have concluded achievements in the recent years,analyzed the problems and reasons of them about the penetration of the ideological and political at the same time. The research of the penetration theory of ideological and political education has been made great theoretical development,moreover,it has also searching the connotation,the feature,the avenue and the ways of itself. On the other hand,Carrying out activities of the ideological and political education is helpful to improve the quality of the educated,expand the avenues of implicit education and strengthen substantial results of the ideological and political education.The last part will put forward some measures which can heighten the effect of the ideological and political education infiltration. Furtherly,these measures are mainly relevant to the study of the theory and optimizing the environment which these measures are in.
