With enforcement and innovation in China’s social administration in the current situation, social work system has become increasingly important in promoting social construction as social work plays an irreplaceable role in it. However, the current lack of corresponding social work personnel has greatly restricted the innovation in social administration. Combined with the practice and trends of civil affairs development in Taizhou City, this paper not only presents the current situation, characteristics, problems and disadvantages of social work personnel through on-the-spot investigation, but also gives an in-depth analysis of the collected data in comparison with the present situation of social work personnel at home and abroad by employing statistics, sociology, public management science and comparative science. In this way, it explores the theoretical value and practical meaning of Taizhou’s social work talents development, as well as its function in the future social administration development, and finally put forward relevant suggestion and feasible countermeasure. |
