The employee’s vocational value is the important component and the reflection of their life values. The vocational value is dynamic, and constantly revised. If not reach their expectations, which will directly impact on the individual’s behaviors, causing the job satisfaction low and even may even lead to turnover intention.This paper has studied the relationship of the vocational value, job satisfaction, and the turnover intention. Through this conclusion, this paper presents recommendations for the enterprise. By review of previous studies, I found that vocational value, job Satisfaction may cause employees to leave. The study adopted the questionnaire analysis and Collected valid data to analyze by the SPSS. Conclusion in the following:1.The employee’s vocational value was awarded medium level, specifically, the degree from high to low of they pay attention to vocational value is respect and prestige, self-development, physical rewards, harmoniousness and pleasure.2.Each dimension of the employee’s vocational value produced a significantly positive effect to their job satisfaction. If employees have more reasonable income, larger self-development space, and closer relationship with colleagues, the more respect for others, and then they have higher job satisfaction.3.Each dimension of the employee’s vocational value produced a significantly negative effect to their job satisfaction. If employees have more reasonable income, larger self-development space, and closer relationship with colleagues, the more respect for others, and then they have lower turnover Intention.4.The employee’s job satisfaction produced a significantly negative effect to their turnover Intention. The higher of the job satisfaction, separation tend to be lower.5.Job satisfaction is not entirely an intermediary variable between vocational value and turnover intention, which has some of mediation effects.6.Different personal attributes affect the vocational value, job satisfaction and turnover intention。According to research findings, this study proposed two management recommendations:First, manage on the status of the vocational value; second, strengthen human resources management functions to enhance job satisfaction.The innovation of this research is that it is regarded the vocational value, job satisfaction, turnover intention, personal attributes into an overall framework for research, and the writer proposed some management suggestions to raise employee job satisfaction and reduce turnover intention. However, because of the limits of the objective conditions, this study still has some limitations. The limitations of the study and suggestions for future research are presented at the last part of this text.
