Higher education administrative department is the policy maker of education andstudent management, and is responsible for the implementation and regulatory. The workingmechanism of university students’ education and management and the implement of concreterules and regulations directly decide the talent training quality, and higher educationadministrative management should have the initiative to adapt to the different historical stageof development. At present, higher education has entered a crucial stage of China reform,facing a lot of unknown new situations, problems and contradiction. To meet the need of theera of knowledge economy, universities must give full play to the advantages of managementtalents, develop the management of scientific research about universities, and constantlyimprove the quality and level of education management in order to integrate with theinternational higher education.Higher education in China has developed into the stage of popularization, which madeuniversity students not only the educatees, but also consumers.Students are called toguarantee that the implementation of the functions of the educational process is complete,more attention should be paid to the needs of the students,and to the fine, scientificmanagement of students. The traditional mode of students management have been broken dayby day, presenting two development trends:one is multi-campus management model toreplace single, which has become the main mode of student work; the other one is that thestudent community has become a new field of student management. Facing the new situation,a new topic has come out in the aspect of the community management of multi-campusuniversity students, which includes how to reasonable allocate and use the existingmanagement team to reduce operating costs, and to improve work efficiency.It is the precondition for university students’ management becoming professional andscientific that needs the understanding of present situation of the management of universitystudents, the scientific and objective analysis of the existing community management inmulti-campus university. The correlation research results foundation based on thecomprehensive use of the predecessors, but this is the first time to study student multi-campus community management, which is different from a separate study inmulti-campus university management and student community management. This articlebased on the definition of related concepts, introduction of development process and analysisof current situation, puts forward the existing problems of community management inmulti-campus university, and offers the corresponding management and developmentsuggestion, which consists six parts. The first part is an introduction, which concretely statestheoretical value and practical significance of topic background and practical research,domestic and international research status, ideas and methods to deal with problems; Thesecond part is the definition of concepts, which interprets the relevant concepts, summarizesthe characteristics of multi-campus university community, thus establishing the logicalstarting point for research; The third part is the development process, which states thehistorical development and the current basic situation; The fourth part is problem analysis,which analyzes main problems, from five aspects of Subject participation, cultural cohesion,interaction, allocation of resources, characteristic construction in multi-campus universitystudent community management; The fifth part corresponds to the proposed suggestions.
